Training policies
Harsh or aversive means of control or training are never permitted. This includes the use of choke chains, coercive or punitive techniques, the use of water soakers/pistols, rattle bottles etc. are prohibited during and outwith training sessions. Full disclosure is expected of your dogs past and current behaviour to best assist you and protect ourselves and others.
Owners/handlers are expected to clean up after their dog at all times and have poo disposal bags with them to ensure this.
Owners/handlers are responsible for the conduct of their dog at all times, especially in a public environment. We are there to assist with your dog but they remain your responsibility.
Children are welcome to attend training sessions, however, those under 16 years of age must be with an adult at all times. It is often valuable to discuss the benefits of the training sessions and how important their focus and behaviour is to the dog and their training prior to attendance.
Home boarding policies
You must disclose to us any aggression, bite history, resource guarding, or separation anxiety prior to your dogs stay. If your dog shows any persistent issues which do not fit with our service provision then we will recommend an alternative service such as our board and train or training services.
